Eye Guy

Eye Guy

Sometimes when it’s hard for Ben to cover his own back and front there is an alien that can help make it an easy job for him. Also when Ben talks as this new alien it turns out that he does have a tendency to make some puns that involve the word “Eye” in them. This alien’s name that Ben gave him is Eye Guy!

Species and Home planet: Eye Guy’s species is called an Opticoid where he comes from is a planet called Sightra. No known images of Eye Guy’s home planet.

Original Series Description: Eye Guy can be described as a tanned colored reptilian-like humanoid with an upper-body that’s covered with green eyes with black cat-like pupils (from front to back), although he ironically doesn’t have any eyes on his face. But his face does have a mouth and a very large pair of bat-like ears. Also Eye Guy has a big eye on his chest. His skin is a dark yellow color with some lighter yellow on his chest and feet and he wears black pants with white circles on them with a white belt. The Omnitrix symbol is located on the white belt around his waist. See images below:

Ultimate Alien Description: When Eye Guy appeared in the intro for Ben 10 Ultimate Alien, he did look the same as he was in the Original Series except that big eye on his chest is gone and is replaced by the Ultimatrix symbol. See image below:

Omniverse Description: When 11-year-old Ben used Eye Guy in Omniverse he does look the same as he was in the original series except that Eye Guy doesn’t have a big eye on his chest because as seen in the Ben 10 Omniverse episode Evil’s Encore, it is shown that Eye Guy’s big eye that was on his chest is now hidden unless he wants activate it when he wants give his enemies a really big surprise. He also has has white cuffs, and the Omnitrix symbol located on his belt is now recolored to green. When he was used by 16-year-old Ben in Omniverse, Eye Guy did still look almost the same as he did in the original series, but now the white stripes on his pants have been replaced with green circles, his belt around his waist is now green with white stripes on the left and right of it, wears green cuffs and his eye placement is slightly different, and bigger than usual. He has also gained extra eyes on his palms. He has a green belt where the Omnitrix symbol is located. See images below:

Special Abilities: Eye Guy’s special abilities come form the many eyes that are on his body. The first ability comes from the many eyes that do sometimes move throughout his body and merge together to create four different types of eye beams. The first one of three different types of eye beams is being able to merge three eyes on his shoulder together that created a freeze ray that encases and immobilizes a target in ice on contact turing the target into a frozen statue. In the episode The Ultimate Heist it’s shown that Eye Guy second type of eye beams that he uses is fire beams which he can use to blast at his enemies and create rings of fire. Eye Guy’s third type of eye beams that he uses are energy beams. In the Original Series when Eye Guy used them, the energy beams resemble green lightning that can produce currents that can overload and fry machinery. In Omniverse, the energy beams are now strait beams of energy with no electric traits at all. The final type of eye beam that Eye Guy uses comes from the big eye that is on Eye Guy’s chest. The way he uses this kind of ability by closing all of his other eyes, or merging all of his other eyes into that one area. When he does this he can launch his the most powerful energy blast ever known to man. When Eye Guy does this it’s shown that his large eye can almost detach from his body which means that he can stretch his eye out of his chest and move it towards his target(s). The second ability of Eye Guy is being able to shoot very sticky green goo from his eyes but throughout the series he hasn’t really demonstrated that ability though. The third ability of Eye Guy comes from the eyes because they give Eye Guy a 360 degree insect-like vision ability (like a fly). This ability allows him to view every angle which means that since these eyes are good at seeing every angle it can extremely difficult for someone like you to try and sneak up on him. This ability was demonstrated in episodes Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10: Part 2Rad, and Something Zombozo This Way Comes. Eye Guy’s has an enhanced super hearing ability that is proven to be useful against anything. This ability was also displayed in the episode Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10: Part 2. The two final abilities that Eye Guy possesses are enhanced strength and being capable of performing acrobatic and gymnastic feats, as well as jumping several feet up off the ground. Weaknesses: Obviously the first weakness of Eye Guy is if something ever gets in his eyes (like dust or stinging liquid) it can temporarily blind him which means it makes him unable to see clearly (in addition to his eyes burning). The eyes that are over the majority of Eye Guy’s body makes him more vulnerable to being exposed and hurt by irritants. This weakness was demonstrated in the episode Rad, when Eye Guy confronted a creature called a Gracklflint that got out of its cage and was loose on Rad Dudesman’s ship that the creature shot venom at his eyes and briefly blinded him, however, Eye Guy showed how he can quickly recover from irritants in his eyes because his eyes were only briefly hurt. In The Ultimate Heist episode, it’s shown that Eye Guy’s second weakness is high-pitched noises because when Albedo used Negative Ultimate Echo Echo the noise form the sonic disks started disrupting Eye Guys enhanced super hearing ability. This explains why Eye Guy is shown to have large ears in the first place. The third weakness of Eye Guy is his 360 degree insect-like vision. Why you ask is because if he sees something or someone that he has a fear of, like Zombozo and the Gracklflint he gets really scared. Eye Guy’s fourth weakness is Mr. Baumann’s cologne because he’s allergic to it. The cologne makes him sneeze and weep. However in the episode The Ballad of Mr. Baumann, he was able to see the cologne trail which helped lead him straight to Baumann to rescue him. His final weakness is that Eye Guy can also susceptible to hypnotism. This weakness was demonstrated by Sublimino in the episode Ben 10 vs. The Negative 10 Part 2. See images below:
